If you said, I only have one leg or one armor massive scaring from fire. I said, learn to live with it. But most things in life we have no control over but thank goodness weight isn't one of them
I had a weight problem not great but enough and could have gotten worse. I purchased a calorie counter and it had a diet plan. I ate 1200 calories in 4 meals a day and now I weigh what I want. I am 16 and never eat sugar, salt, cafine or stuffy foods
I wanted to weight 119 pounds I'm 5'4" some say I am to skinney but i know what i like and that's what i do. Take change of your body its not like if you tear this one up you get another.
This is the only body and it has to last a lifetime. Just eat fruit, vegetables and meat. No pizza is not a food group. You don't need an eating disorder or friends to help or anything just take change and do it.

For your first question, I prefer anyone, thin, obese, chubby, average, it doean't matter. And I'm not going to go running on about how all I look for a person is a great persoaility, what i'm admitting that though I PREFER healthy average friends, it doean't matter. Friends are friends, they never gave a definition about how friends need to look tho\is way, or that way. Why I prefer an average body weight, is because of your health. Being too obese is not healthy, but being toooo skinny is NOT AT ALL healthy either. But you should work on keeping a healthy, average weight.

As for your 2nd question, not all skinny thin people have eating disorders, though most do. Some are reallllly athletic or just don't have a tendency to get fat.

Good luck!
:-)

I have been on both ends of the spectrum as far as weight .No matter how much I weighed I had good days and bad friends/loves and neither. I also dated men on both ends -the truth is itreally is ALL about YOU. If you love yourself and you are happy-- people will be drawn to you. If you are down on yourself no matter what weight you are -well need I say more? Do all thin gals /guys have mates ? Are all plus size women unhappy or alone??
If you are concerned about your weight /your life --do something about it . Do something because you are not happy with you--NOT BECAUSE someone else is unhappy with you --that's their problem. BE YOU and BE HAPPY-- The rest will follow... I promise. : )
As for the comment about eating disorders - not all people fat or thin are like because of an eating disorder -- I personally suffer from a thyroid condition for which I must take medication to control. Each and every person is unique in their own life and situation-- just as you are.

Just like someone else said. The average woman is a size 12, so by the standards that are placed upon us then most women are considered fat. I am a big girl and maintain my sexy very well. I have lost weight and have more to go, but I am going it for me and not to be accepted by society. Being skinny does not equate healthy, that is a myth. What man wants to lay next to a pile of bones, or have a woman's pelvis cut him cause she is so rail thin? Most men say that sex is better with a big girl anyway, cause skinny women can't take very much...ha ha ha

Last I heard, the average size of a woman is 10-12....that's not real thin, depending on your height. The anorexic women you see are on TV, movies, magazines...they are not realistic. Those women spend hours and thousands of dollars on personal trainers. Not your average women can afford the time or money to do that. The anorexic women you see that aren't rich, aren't really all that healthy.
Skinny does NOT equal healthy.
I am 5'7 and a size 12, well...before I got pregnant and I thought I looked generally good. Just be happy in your own skin, don't let people tell you that you're to fat or anything. Being healthy is more important that being skinny.

I'm thin I never liked being thin I'd rather be with someone who is slightly over weight. Thin is not beautiful to me I can't understand why some people are so obsessed with being thin. I can't gain weight and I want to.I dodn't have an eating disorder I eat a very healthy diet and workout. But I carry a lot of stress.

Actuallythe average body in America is not thin. according to national polls the average women wears a size 12. I think the whole to thin to heavy issue is stupid. I think a person should weigh wha they feel comfortable at. Not what everyone else expects. I get really tired of seeing celebs who are so stick thin they could blow away. No matter what you weigh if you are happy with yourself that is all that really counts.

The average body in America is far from skinny, it is a size 14 for women! The media represents women as a size 2, but all you have to do is look around to see that this is not average.

The person that said "Thin. Being overweight is unhealthy!" is dumb.

Anorexia is also unhealthy and quite unattractive! I think it is personality. And if guys/girls are pressuring you then it is because they have low self-esteem and no life. They are basically pathetic.

Yes..I think a lot of people are thin because of disorders. I know several people that throw up or don't eat, or are overly obsessive with working out. Their arms will fall off.

ANYWAY. Just always remember this summer idea. White fat is funny looking, while tan fat is NICEE. I think tan fat helps make you look thinner and more toned. Even if you are overweight.

As long as the person is nice on the inside it doesn't matter what weight they are......most of the models etc look shocking with out meat on their bones....they very rarely smile so they can't be all that happy can they?........Some-one with a bit of beef on their bones is nearly always smiling so I'd go for the beefy ones because they nearly always seem happy with themselves.
