13 Going on 30 was an interesting girly movie, but I liked Just Like Heaven morer. I've also heard that 50 First Dates was really good, but I'm not much of a romantic-comedies watcher.
If you're just looking for a list of romantic comedies, here are some that I can think of: Love Actually, um.. The Lakehouse? =X, Win A Date With Tad Hamilton, How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days (Watched it and didn't like it), She's The Man, um.. Forrest Gump? (that was very good, obviously)..
You can look more up on www.imdb.com, they should have lists of movies to specific genres.

These are some of my favourites. :) They're not in preference order, just alphabetical order.
Two of the most under-rated on my list (at least seems that way to me) are Elizabethtown and Garden State. I highly recommend both! (I think one of the reasons for this is because I highly identify with the zany, idealistic female protagonists in both movies. Those roles would be perfect for me! *blush*)
