Definitely....you could try to have saltine crackers at your bedside and before you get up, eat a few of them. Sometimes that worked for me. It seemed to settle my stomach.
If that doesn't work, you may just have to wait it out. I know it is frustrating, but the nausea usually stops around 12 weeks. For me, it was like turning off a lightswitch around that time. I hope that happens for you! Good luck!

my morning sickness was exactly the same as yours. I never actually threw up. I was just nausious all the time. I found that making sure that I always had food in my stomach alleviated some of the discomfort. have a piece of fruit or some crackers every hour or so and see how that works. morning sickness usually goes away by 16 weeks or so.

I'm 13 weeks and I have morning sickness with no vomiting. In the last 2 weeks, the nausea has just about gone away.
Ginger ale, peppermint tea, sucking on a lemon, eating small meals throughout the day (instead of 3 big meals) were all things that helped me with the nausea.

I was that way, too, with my daughter. Try eating several times a day (6 or 7 times) instead of three larger meals. Basically you need to keep your blood sugars level instead of spiking up and down. It helped me to have protein in the morning instead of my usual toast and juice .... too much sugar after not eating all night long. I would save the juice and/or fruit for my mid morning snack. Also, I noticed that if I have a protein/carb snack an hour or so before bed, I didn't feel so bad when I woke up. My snack of choice was a small handful of peanuts or cashews and a few pretzels with a large glass of water.
Also, if you are extremely thirsty or your sweat is salty, please let your doctor know -- those are signs of gestational diabetes. I was .... and once we altered my eating habits, it was considerably better. I ate fairly healthy, but the wrong things at the wrong time. Plus I didn't eat much meat, so I had to increase my proteins.... meat, eggs, peanut butter and beans. Your doctor can do a quick test to find out if diabetes is causing your feelings of nauseousness.
It will pass soon ... and before you know it, you'll have a tiny bundle of joy ....

I was that way with my son. Try sipping on some sprite or ginger ale (Canada Dry and Vernor's are my favorites). If you have excess saliva, chew on some mint gum. It will help dry things up a little, and the mint can ease the nausea. You can also try those wristbands used for seasickness (they are available at most drug stores). These suggestions helped me get through my sickness, which lasted the entire time. I hope you feel better soon.

I had that. Thew up only sometimes. Don't think the nausea doesn't come back after a while even if you throw up, it does. I was nauseous into my fourth month and then again towards the end. Pretty much all the time. But, hey, baby was well worth it.

yes, you can have morning sickness without throwing up. there is no way anyone can tell you how long it will last because every pregnancy is different. you could wake up one morning and the things you use to love to smell can be the same thing during your pregnancy that make you feel like throwing up. you will have to just wait it out and see what this pregnancy has in store for you

I had the same thing with my second pregnancy. I thought I had a weird flu or something. It went away on its own about 2 weeks after starting.
Any carbohydrate might help - not just crackers - try some plain potato or pasta.
Good luck!
