It's a bit bland and doesn't sound like a band. It sounds like a road. I'd keep trying. How about Road Kill?

depends on what kind of band it is. it's a good name, but you just have to make sure that it fits your genre of music, cause i've never heard of a death metal band called "cow tippin' is fun"....
