Nice action flick, but definitely not as good as the original. Not nearly. And the ending was pathetic.

An average movie.
It's based on the TSUNAMI that hit last year. A luxury ship is hit by huge waves at night in the middle of new year celebrations. The ship topples and few of them managed to escape from sinking ship.

Bad origional, bad remake. The only difference between the two (other than actors etc.) is that the origional was fun to watch, it was almost entertaining! The remake just plain stank.

the original is much better. Remakes are never as good as the originals.
