I realize that at this time you feel this job will help you on your resume in the long run, but being miserable is not worth it. Especially if you know that your effort is genuine, and that they really are being overly unreasonable. Are there are other similar jobs in your area? Maybe switching employers and staying in the same field? I just don't see risking a mental breakdown due to your work environment as being worth having a few words on a resume.

How long have you worked there? If not long then find a group home where you'll be appreciated and leave this place off your resume. If you've been there a while better stick it out because changing jobs too often doesn't look good. You'll have to put up with it---just have your own private cheering section for yourself every day and be proud of the very good job you're doing.
But the best idea is to look into opening your own group home!
Then you will be the upper staff and you'll know how to treat the people who work for you with respect and appreciation!

Try to just check out the job and don't be afraid to ask lots of questions about the job. Find out job pay, hours and all. Then if you just don't think you would like then i say wait until you can't wait no more and then maybe go do that job as a last resort NOT A FIRST. WAIT TO GET THIS JOB. I have thought about getting this or that job and it would probably be good experience for me is probably what someone is trying to tell you and maybe it would you never know unless you try, at the same time though don't go into any job in a haste just because someone thought it would be look good on your resume. Think before you act.

I know from past experiences, that if you don't feel you'll enjoy the job right off the bat or ever for that matter, then you probably shouldn't be working there, because chances are it's going to end up backfiring in your face. Now if you believe your going to like the job then go for it, however, don't just work somewhere because that business is going to get you brownie points on the resume. Because what happens if you don't like the job and things go wrong and you DO quit or get FIRED...then it's not going to look so good on a resume. Take time to think before you jump into things. Biggest advice I can give to you.

If it helps your career then yes, but don't do it "Just because it will look good on your resume." Did you know there are millions of others opting for your career. You may get the job because its on your resume, but if you don't have the skills, then you won't stay at your job very long.
People do a whole bunch of stuff that they "think" will look good on their resume, that has nothing to do with their career. A lot of times, that hurts them more than helps them.
First gain nessicary skills for your future career, then worry about your resume. Coruse do you also realize that those you work for, if they don't like you, they aren't going to give your future career high recommendations. That is another thing your future jobs are going to ask for, info on your past jobs so they can find out about how you worked, worked with others and your attitude. You may turn out a great resume, but your recommendations could kill your chances of your first choice career.
Use your head and think smartly. Resume isn't the only thing that determines whether you will get the job or not.

Stay at the job until you find something else. Always apply at other facilities. When you are hired somewhere else tell your current job that you had to leave for a better pay opportunity they will understand and respect you for it. This way you will not be out of work and You can leave your current job on good terms and still be able to use the work experience on your resume.

If you need this type of job for later on in your career, keep the current job but look for another like it in another environment. Moving to another like job could be easily explained as "broadening your base" later on.
In the mean time, take note! When it's your turn to be the senior staff, remember this and don't be the same way. While you're still there, try to learn to deal with it - that skill will come in handy later.

BCBGirls has very lovable skinny denims and sweatshirts/hoodies. they are frequently intense priced, yet now and again they have revenues, and each and each in certain situations you will be able to locate some lovable issues from there on EBay :). also, in case you leaf by youngster trend mag, you'll get type options and purchase stuff it quite is amazingly like it, yet at diverse, a lot less intense priced, places. Patrick Robinson has some really lovable issues at purpose now, or a minimum of at tremendous purpose. i'm also 15 and that is the stuff i love. A lovable pair of galoshes is also exciting over some tight skinny denims, for a better "obtainable" seem, continuously a blast. reliable success! :)

Q U I T, soon before you loose all your self respect and drive to which youll loose in the long run anyways with no return, your allready established skills in this area will allow you the means to move on and up to bigger and better things,Rewrite and embelish your resume to reflect only the positive aspects of the job you've had and will open doors to a neww one.must be positive nomatter how you feel. The new employer will sense hostility and Ill will torwards your ex employer and overlook you for the position you intend to fill,do your homework and prove to them your right for the position,at this rate you'll never move up at the place you r at!

Maybe you should find a job at another group home. If you love what you do but hate where you do it...Leave. If you have to go to an interview just get a 24 hour bug.
