Get proof! recordings of voice messages...pictures of him riding by....copies of emails...everything and take it to the magistrate in your town and get a restraining order on him. I don't know what state you are in as I did not look but there are laws against it. But always have proof. If the law does not help then you opt for other forms of protection...family friends..moving so he does not know where you live...and when all else fails..there is always smith and Wesson.

print of all the messages he is sending you on my space and take them along with any witnesses into your local court house and thay have a spot where you can file for harrasment suites. you could always call the police next time he comes over that way its on record. helps your case a little better too. than you dont answer him or talk to him and it goes to court and you get a restraining order. make sure you put down or tell them when you fill out the paperwork how it scares you and your afraid really ham it up. than if he contacts you at all he goes to jail.
or tell some of your guy friends and have them anonomously tell him if they see him thear or here he has tried to see you or contact you they will chop of his balls or worse. or just beat the crap out of him than claim self defense

Tell your parents...call the police....ignore him on myspace...and don't answer the door when he's there

Tell him that he is annoying you and you do not appreciate the spy missions. Tell him it will stop or you will file papers for a restraining order. Zero tolerance for someone who is immature and freaky before it is too late and you get hurt or something gets damaged.

If you are a minor you need to tell your parents and if you are legally an adult, you need to tell the authorities.
