Your heel should be no higher than two inches. Also, try to get a more conservative styled heel; something straighter, a bit on the thicker side, rather than a stiletto. A round, or squared toe is the best as well, with a fairly full vamp, something that doesn't show "toe cleavage". A nipped toe (pointed, but then cut square at the tip) is also fine. You're trying to create the impression of professional capability and confidence, so make sure the shoes say that. Good luck...

I would wear a 1 1/2 inch heel and i think that the pointed toe is very classy. You can never go wrong with a pointed/triangular toe

Round toes are more conservative and very fashionable right now. As for the heel, I wouldn't go more than 2 1/2 or 3 inches. And make sure your pants are the correct length for the heel. Good luck!!

For an interview I would go with the round toe and no more than 3" heels. That is unless you know the person you are interviewing with is a man with a heel fetish LOL
Really though, 3" heels are about as tall as you want to go in that situation.
Good luck on your interview!

I usually wear my heels that are about 2 inches high and have a closed toe point... looks very nice with pant suits. Make sure the pants just barely touch the ground when you wear them. Not too short but not all bunched (too long). Good luck with your interview!

you should about 2 to three inches
i think round toe looks more proper than trianglular toe because triangular toe looks better for going out to the mall or somthing like that
