Coco TM was created in England in 1986 as a spokes-simian for what is called Kellogg's® Cocoa Pops® in that country.

She probably won't tell you because she doesn't know. Don't let it bother you! It is probably something someone made up because it looks cute and stuck it on a shirt. There is tons of that stuff out there.
