There are two methods. One is to tear down her self-esteem and the other is to build it up. Of the two, the second is the more moral and reliable. The first is the quickest and least reliable.
The problem with the first technique (verbal abuse towards drunk women, for example) is what kind of man it makes you. Disrespectful, self-absorbed, petty - in short, an a**hole. And if you do it at work, you may get fired and later sued. Why would you care to practice such a lousy social skill? Believe me, the sex will not be good enough.
The second technique, complimenting a woman's appearance, taking an interest in her, and supporting her goals is a NEVER LOSE approach. Even if the woman doesn't go to bed with you, she'll want to know you, and feel ok about introducing you to her girl friends. Being masculine - opening doors, bringing gifts, showing leadership and a nice physique - these are enough to get the heat going with a new friend.

If you are ugly, then that's the only way.
If you are not ugly but over-weight, then lose weight and work out on the Bow-Flex machine.
You could get a face transplant and look like Brad Pitt. But if you are fat, you still would have to lose weight.
Maybe just pick the ugliest girl you can find. She may be desperate enough to go to bed with you right away.
