absolutely.
think of it this way.
there are 200 BILLION stars in the milky way(a galaxy)
there are over 200 billion galaxies
thats tons and tons of stars
of all of these stars, what are the odds that earth is the ONLY one that was able to support life(very small. odds are, millions of stars have planets that support life)
of these hundreds of millions of planets that support life, what are the odds that earth is the only one that can support inteligent life(again, very small. there are probably a lot of inteligent lifeforms out there.)
keep in mind, this is all for just the milky way, 1 galaxy out of billions.

The fact is, mankind has recorded seeing strange lights and events in the sky for centuries. Many ancient peoples, including the Romans and Greeks, spoke of flying shields. There is evidence to suggest that UFOs have been seen by millions of people right throughout world’s history.
The very best of research conducted by leading experts suggests that they do not manifest as real tangible physical craft. On many occasions they have disappeared before the eyes of many reputable witnesses such as fighter or commercial airline pilots. Some have been seen to change shape, merge into other UFOs and travel at incredible speeds, performing aerial maneuvers that defy the known laws of physics.
Given the number of unexplainable sightings every year, however, there should be a virtual queue of extraterrestrial craft entering our atmosphere. But this has never been detected. Although the majority of sightings are explainable as natural or man-made phenomena, or psychological delusions, some are not so easy to dismiss. Regardless of whatever one may think they are, the evidence suggests that they are already here, that is, emanating from the earth.
Coupled with this is the circumstantial evidence of the contactees. These people from differing countries, backgrounds and careers seem to share a very common experience. It appears that the messages they are receiving from these so-called ‘aliens’ are aimed at rewriting the Bible’s history. For example, many of them claim that they are the creators of life on earth via the process of evolution, in contrast to God who created everything supernaturally in six days. Other common messages imply that Jesus Christ was an advanced extraterrestrial who will be returning in his spaceship.
It is ludicrous to even consider that advanced extraterrestrials are traveling millions of light years across the universe (if they could find us in the first place) just to recondition our spiritual beliefs.

I will acknowledge I'm not an expert on the subject. On the other hand, I do have a point to make. I don't say aliens aren't real, but I don't say they are real either. I have to see this to believe it. One reason I don't believe this is Scientists started this investigation themselves to find out if their are other "living beings" out there and if there are, they could possibly help us to make our world better. If there are other "beings", don't you think their World would be just about as old as our World if you believe the Bible. If so, they wouldn't be any more technologically advanced than we are. Aliens haven't contacted us in any way. People just thought they saw something weird. God tells us about times before us through the bible.

Anythings possible, my theory is that so called UFOs and aliens are really humans that are time traveling from our distant future. This may explain why they have never made any attempt to publicly contact anyone.
First rule of possible time travel is any changes in the past will effect the future. And while paradoxes could occur, if just if you pay very close attention to historical events, then it's possible. After all time and space are the same thing.
The so called aliens from other planets are humanoid, two arms, two legs, two eyes.... sound familiar. Why would any other so called intelligent race want to come here?
THIS IS JUST A THEORY !!! Feel free to express your own.
And the reason for this, maybe to learn from their past mistakes and to correct them to assure the continuation of the human race. After all, we are all humans on this planet.

There undoubtedly are but as of this writing (3:20, PDT, June 18, 2006) there has not been one scrap of evidence thus far found on earth to support the ridiculous claim that these aliens have visted earth. If anyone after me has such evidence please provide it and I will address their claims, quickly and easily.

possibly there is no scientific evidence not proving the existence of extra terrestrials but at the same time there is no scientific evidence proving there is such a thing as an intelligent life form out there

I think there is definately life outside Earth. But I don't think they've been here or any contact has been made. The size of Earth compare to the universe is so small. The odds of an alien civilization finding us is would be pretty slim.

Currently there is no proof for the existence of alien races. It's very possible that they exist, though, as the universe is huge and can hide many secrets.

It would be extremely arrogant, of the human race to believe that we are alone in this universe. take a look at nature and realize that there are millions of various species just on this planet alone. does this answer your question???

If not-- this country is wasting a HELL of a lot of time trying to figure out whether to make them legal or send them back to Mexico.
