The same way everyone else does. Everyone dreams every night when they enter the deep REM stage of sleep. Most of the time we don't remember these dreams because the only time we DO remember them is if we happened to become awakened during this REM phase!
We need to change our perceptions of the deaf, blind, and mute having less of a brain or less brain activity than someone who is not. Anyone can dream as long as they are alive. As to the NATURE of those dreams, that can vary. But when I hear about the bizzare dreams non-deaf, blind, and mute people have -- that is already mysterious enough for me!

like everyone else. it is a fact that everyone has dreams but most of them we dont remember. dreams that we think last the whole night are actually only about 3-8 mins long .
