I guess there is from what I read in your answers. I do not wear shadows only eyeliner so the only thing I have heard of is an eye primer you put on before your shadow and I have been told it really works but have not tried it myself but my customers love it. It depends on how much money you want to spend and the shade selection I guess whether you choose a waterproof eyeshadow or eye primer and shadow together. Yes it is out there. However, my friend has waterproof mascara, it is terrible getting it off. The skin in that area is so thin, that if you pull and tug at it. When you get older will more than likely cause more wrinkles and stuff.

yes there is from PUPA ;but rare to find in the USA if u r there.
it is I guess an italian brand.and absolutely gorgeous really waterproof.can be removed wzout pulling out any lashes.
