I f there is only one child you just put the name like Glenn Carrillo, but if there are going to be more kids on the same family you put Carrillo Family.

Since most children have to be brought by an adult, I would suggest just using the child's name. However, if you WANT the parents to stay, I would specify "...and parents." Use "...and family" only if you don't mind all the siblings coming, too!

Usually just the child's name. Children's invitations are not usually formal.
