how can i print out a birdseye view image on windows live local?

everytime i try to send the image via email to another email address it says
"Hotmail has permanently blocked the following potentially unsafe attachment(s): WindowsLiveLocal.url (< 0.01 MB) More Info..". how can i overcome this. i am trying to get an ariel picture of my own house.
i am new to the world of computers....it doesnt take much to confuse me!
