Then she suddenly started hating one of my other friends, Lauren, for no reason, I'm closer with lauren and I agree with her that she did nothing wrong... Then Lauren and Channoa got in a fist fight and Lauren won... Channoa had stolen my sweater and it was in her locker, Lauren then took all the stuff out of Channoa's locker and burnt it... There is a video of my sweater being burnt... I am very very mad that my she stole my sweater and it got burnt... The other night I was going to a party and about 10 guys ran up to me and showed me the video, they said Channoa told them it was mine... That was the end of our rocky friendship... She owes me $170 for my sweater and my cellphone... I want my money back! I beat the sh!t outta her when I found out bout my sweater and shes not in great shape... How Do I Get The Money She Owes Me?

In the fight, I got her to throw first punch... So I won't get roasted for assult, I didn't break any of her bones or knock her out, I simply made her look effin ugly for the next little while... And this isn't just over money, its over a lot more, but now that we aren't friends for many reasons, including the fact she broke my cellphone and didn't even say sorry and then stole my sweater... she's also a liar and a *****, she spreads rumors about me and we haven't had a very good friendship ever since I stopped drinking and I stopped buying her booze, which in my opinion means she used me for my money which isnt just handed to me, I work for it...

That's about the dumbest thing I think I've ever heard. Fist-fights over material things?? If you want your money, take her to small claims court.

As for your sweater, granted the first girl "stole" it (I guess - if you were still friends you'd say she borrowed it, wouldn't you?). The fault actually lies with the person who burned it, not who had it. She didn't "get it burned", the person who burned her property was in the wrong, and that's who owes you a sweater.

Grow up! Fights don't solve anything. You may draw blood and you may get busted knuckles, but it's no way to get your phone back.

Fighting only lowers yourself to a childish level and is not an answer to any problem. And most likely you would end up either with a police records and/or oweing for all of her medical expense if you do hurt her. And after a fight, she would not want to pay you anyway, just get even somehow.

If she broke your phone and took your sweater and acted childish by burning it ( unless you all are 6 in which that is how they act)

You inform your parents who calls her parents and make them pay, by taking them to court if needed.

170 dollars is the amount of money it cost to find out your friend is not your friend...it could have been worse. Just because you are closer with one person than you are another, doesn't give you power to make the descision of her being a bad person NOR does here-say...if you choose to believe it, that makes you shallow. You should only go by what you see. Anybody will do or say anything to see a fight.

Get your parents involved.

If your parents don't want to, then ask your parents about small claim's court.

But, it sounds to me like you want restitution just because you're mad at her now.

You've already gotten back at her for smacking her around, which, BTW, is SO uncool...so I say make this one of those "lessons learned" and drop it.

you can beat her again see if that works, I doubt it. why not try to be friends again, you obviously had something going between you, far more chance of getting your money then

ok first of all if you take it to court you will probably get arrested for assaulting her (theft is not an excuse for violence) trust me im the son of 2 cops and i know what im talking about. If you take it to court and she brings that up YOU MOST LIKELY WILL GO TO JAIL FOR ASSAULT.

fighting will never work, if you change the way you see things the things you see will change. so pretty much change it around talk to her or him, and talk the money problem out-good luck
