how do i put something besides the techno and the moto skins dat already come on it??

you can download this file http://www.e398mod.com/content/view/55/28/. It is a motorola skins manager, works with different motorola phone models (it worked on my rokr). Install the program, connect your phone via USB cable and when you run it, it will automatically detect your phone and the skins installed in it. Just click the install button in the program and select the skin you want to install from your pc. (it should be a .ski file) Restart your phone and when you go to the select skins menu, you should have your new skins ready. Hope this helps

That is called 'modding'. You need special software to do that, plus you also need to connect your phone to your PC. There are several websites you can go to:
