What kind of muscles does tennis develope?

Depends on your style of play. Usually arm/bicep, upper & lower leg, abs, and sometimes chest.

You don't want to get too musculine b/c if your muscle mass is too large, your relative movement gets slower. Also, you don't need a large amount of muscles to hit groundstrokes/serves hard because a lot of the power from a player comes from the timings of a shot. But its always nice to develop muscles to enhance the power of your groundstrokes/serves

Tennis tests every muscle in the body. If you think it isn't true, ask your health teacher or maybe a life science teacher

VERY MUCH your forehand/serve arm (biceps, deltoids), every part of your legs down to your ankles, abs too. if u want pecs work out the boring way. besides your arms, nothing amazing really happens to your upper body
