So you're mad you don't get a straight answer? What do you expect when you ask a question like this? The only people who could answer it are those who have been to every country on Earth! And everyone would disagree with him or her anyway!
Every country has people who are beautiful. "Sexy" is completely in the eyes of the culture. For some, it is having ear lobes that are 12 inches long, or feet that are tiny compared to the rest of the body. At one time, it was considered sexy to be "plump", because that was associated with wealth & royalty. In the early 20th century, a guy got turned on if he happened to catch a glimpse of a woman's.....ankle!
So, "generally speaking" - what YOU consider sexy would determine which country has the sexiest people.
