Anything that shows a lot of skin will attract attention, but not necessarily the kind you want! If you look skanky, the guy might want to mess around with you, but if you're looking for a boyfriend, go with something that flatters your figure but doesn't show too much skin. He will want to be the only one who sees the goods :)
So pick your best feature and show it off, just not too much! A snug top is good, super low-cut one is not. A fingertip length or slightly shorter skirt is OK, but nothing that your @$$ hangs out of! And whatever you show off, cover the rest...don't do short & tight & low cut all at once! You want him to get to know you, not treat you like a piece of meat!

don't dress like a skank, unless all you want from him is sex or if that's all you want him to see you as is for sex. Be comfortable and confident. When you dress like a skank people look at you like a skank. Be yourself. Dress whatever way you feel best in and who cares if this person notices you or not. Talk to him if you want him to notice you, smile at him, glance his way but don't use your body to try and get the guy. If that's all he really sees than he really isn't worth it. If that's the only way you think you can get a guy is through using your body then get some self esteem please.

IMO let your personality shine thru instead. If you hang it all out there, they'll have already gotten what they wanted. If you coverup some... they'll be intrigued and want to see more... guess it depends on what you want
