without experience for that particular job , it's very hard to get hired
there's a lot you have to learn through experience and companies want someone who can walk in and take the job right over

You need experience and a college degree in that field of business. There aren't any companies who would hire any old shmo for a career in Business Admin. If you have been to college then enroll in one if you want a career in business

Now in days if you don't have experience most places are not going to hire you, so make sure that you get experience under your belt first or just really put yourself out there.

because most jobs will not give you a job unless you have experience, therefore most people end up working for free or doing something totally different from what they went to school for. Its a messed up system.

it comes down to the first interview...if you believe in yourself and you have the confidence to back it up...you will get work wherever you apply for it...learn the skills on the job...i do not encourage you to lie, but sell yourself and then get the job...then learn it and become the best administration clerk available

i have a degree in ba, but why would anyone hire me when they could hire someone who not only has that degree, but has worked in the field before, there have been lots of layoffs. When the economy is booming, they will hire with no experience,when its not they dont have to.
