padrinos just bassicaly mean that u git the honor of paying for a special item or items for the quincenera and sometimess they can cost u $100's of dollars

pampered is more like "dimanja" manja is someone who loves being pampered all the time. couldn't think of any word for manja either

it literally means godparents but ussually in quinceaneras it means they pay for certain things such as the cake, plates, etc. as a gift from them
