Try some ice. Regarding stretches, there are a few:
1. Lie on your back and bring your knees to your chest. Hold for 10 seconds, and repeat 3-4 times.
2. Lie on your belly, and prop on your elbows, keeping your back relaxed. Hang out there for 10-15 seconds, and repeat 3-4 times.
3. Don't neglect your hamstrings--stretch out the back of your thighs, holding for 30 seconds each.
One of these should make things feel much better--if any make things worse, don't do them anymore. People usually respond to flexion (knees to chest) or extension (propping on elbows). The only way to find out which you respond best to is to try them. Stick with the one that works!

Relax it and lie down for a bit. Try using one of those heat or ice pads that you put on sore muscles. Also, try flexing and unflexing your back muscle. Massage it a bit, but be gentle. If it doesn't hurt too much, try some stretching like trying to touch your toes, etc. Don't overexert it, but don't do nothing with it. If it still hasn't improved by tomorrow, go to a doctor.

Go lay on you bed and do this!!!
Gently bring your knees up from the bed into your chest, once there, put a little pressure on your knees. Stretch, then relax. Repeat.
