I recently have found my step brother that has not seen his father in many years like 35 or more. His father is terminally ill with cancer so I went looking. I found him via 411.com and looked up all the ppl with his name in each state and called till I found him. Good luck and if you need help in NC let me know.

try checking on websites designed to locate people. I t would be helpful if you knew his full name, birthdate, and socila security number. also knowing his last known address would help. You could check city hall records for public information. I f you don't know his full name check your birth certificate.
