I understand your question. (I think) A website where you can assemble different frames, tanks, paint schemes, etc.. I don't know of one but I have thought of this before. Are all you web designers listening????

With all the bikes on the road already, why not just go look at them? Designing via website will give you an idea, but it wont give you the fine details. You wont see the fine touches that no doubt will have to be done to make certain parts fit into places they were not designed to fit.

Motorcycle magazines are helpful. Visiting your local custom bike shops are helpful too, cuz you can ask questions. A website, nahhhhh its a waste of time.

You want to design one, but you want to see what it looks like BEFORE you design it?
That is a tough question.
Well I will give it a try. build a time machine and go visit your future self (the one that made the bike), take pictures and come back to this time period.
copy exactly what your future self did (or will do).
Geez now you have me confused!
BUT DO NOT MAKE THE BIKE LOOK LIKE THE TIME MACHINE OR YOU WILL GET CONFUSED TOO.
