I AM BEING EVICTED FROM MY HOME FOR REASONS OTHER THAN A DEAFULT IN PAYMENT. WE HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM A FRIEND, THE FRIENDSHIP HAS GONE SOUR AND NOW HE IS TRYING TO EVICT MY FAMILY. WE HAVE BEEN TO COURT ONCE AND IT WAS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. I HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT FROM MY BANK. HE HAS SINCE TORN UP MY LAST RENT CHECK AND RETURNED IT TO ME, I GUESS SO THAT HE CAN NOW FILE FOR EVICTION AGAIN. I HAVE A 4 YR OLD AND A 6 YR OLD, A DOG, AND 3 CATS. I DO NOT HAVE 1ST, LAST, AND SECURITY AND MONEY FOR A U-HAUL. I AM IN NORTH CAROLINA AND ALL THEY HAVE TO OFFER IS A HOMELESS SHELTER....I CANNOT BRING MYSELF TO TAKE MY CHILDREN THERE. AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT MY PETS.......

I would spend the next day or two looking at townhouses/homes that allow pets. Call those landlords/owners and explain the situation. Some of them may be willing to work with you, etc. It never hurts to check.

If you do need to go somewhere where pets are not accepted, try talking to a vet, shelter, or a kennel. These people work with animals because they love them, and they may be able to help you. I had a shelter watch my cat for 3 mos when I had a roommate that was allergic to animals. We made the deal that I would care for her as usual, bring food over, etc and I would also adopt another cat when I moved to my new place. I adopted 2. Just ask them ... you never know.

Do they have any YMCA's around where you live? Any shelter over your head is better than no shelter, and sometimes we don't have much of a choice in the matter.

Good luck to you.

You may have to give up your pets and move into the homeless shelter, never ever rent from friends or a family member if something happens like it just did you won't have a home anymore, ask family if they would be willing to let you stay with them while you save up money to move into your own place since you have no money of your own ask them if they can exchange rent for chores just as cleaning and cooking or yard and home repair work don't let them use you don't if you feel uncomfortable then get out. Try to get a loan from the bank not Trump, I don't think it is right for you to ask Trump for money he isn't family, friend or financial insitution that's his money to spend not to give away to a stranger who ask him for it, you should go to the bank and find out if they can give you a loan. Here are a few tips on saving up some money, don't eat out, find cheap recipes that you can make and make a lot freeze extra food don't waste, don't shop for stuff you don't need use everything up, reuse stuff, pick up every piece of money you find and bank it unless it's a purse or wallet return it to the rightful owner sell items on craigslist.org, have your kids walk small dogs, wash cars, do some yard work for your neighbors, friends, family. Tell everyone you met your situation and ask for help.

I'm not Trump but sue the bastage for the trouble and unlawful eviction. Take it to Judge Judy and let her rip him a new "back door".

Oh and if he does succeed in kicking you out, with you having kids I'm sure the judge will give you a time frame to vacate. If you had a security deposit down he has to return it to you unless he can prove damages. Upon your move out. Buy a newspaper and get a camera. Take a picture of the newspaper then proceed to take pictures of every room to prove you left it undamaged with only minor wear and tear. Chance are he will try to keep your security deposit.
