Hi, I am a new graduate of electrical engineer and I want to have a career in the field of infomation and communication networks. which one should I choose, Java or C#?

I do both. However if you are going to go on the networking side, you should probably choose Java because you are going to encounter more Unix based systems. In actuality however, communication typically involves more embedded systems work which is still primarily done in C++ and Assembly although Java and Microsoft have released Mobile edition target at mobile devices which is one segment of that market.

The language doesn't matter so much, networking is not really dependent on the programming language. But Java is good if you are developing cross-platform applications - if you're a Microsoft-only person though, stick with C#.

C# can work on linux use Mono.
