Transsexuals,( male to female ), T-girls have a long road to become the women they aspire to be . The costs of everything that can be required gets higher every day. So, many take jobs in the darker side of societies morals, to save and live in their elected new roles. Some even gain celebrity status at this point, and become quite happy to stay ,"half-way". And psychologists will tell T-girls to really consider weather it is imperative to finalize the process. Most do, but the ones that don't are the ,'She-males', we recognize by their extra package.

Do you mean a male to female transgender? They have female breasts, through hormone replacement therapy and/or breast implants, but have not undergone genital reassignment surgery. Hormones may also give them other secondary female physical characterstics, such as hips.

she male is usually a pre op transsexual. she has breasts implant and taking female hormones to change and maintain the figure of a woman.
