I took birth control every single day at exactly 9:30 in the morning never missing a day for almost a year. I got pregnant. If you don't want kids, don't have sex.

30 days to ensure the medicine is fully absorbed in the blood stream. Any shorter and the possibility of pregnancy still exists. Use another for of birth control until this time lapses..ie; condoms diaphrams, foam....something along those lines.

Depends on the pills you're taking, your Gyno can give you better details on that. You can try a back up like spermicidal foam. Read the instructions, or ask your doctor on use.

it takes a full cycle before it starts to work. you also have to take it everyday, cause if you miss a day, you increase your chance of getting pregnant.
