For the dark circles use a good concealer underneath your foundation. For colors that you can use check out this link http://www.marykay.com/daryn_anderson/whatsnew/vmo_index_02.aspx?tab=whatsnew Choose the model that best represents your skin tone and eye color (hair color is the least important thing) and you'll get a lot of options for eye colors. For help applying it go to the Application Tips section on the same website.

Get a good concealer such as touch eclat for under your eyes, or try the revlon skin lights one for a cheaper alternative.

Exoeriment with things like liquid eyeliner which looks really great when you get it right... think Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Maybe try some silvery colours or some really sparkly neutral tones?

first try a yellow tint concealer for the undereye circles than cover with your regular foundation. blue eyes look really nice with brown and grey shades of eyeshadow. I have black heair and green eyes but when I wear blue contacts I use a champagne colour shadow with darker brown in the creases and it looks nice.

Use a really good concealer. Almay has a great eyeshadow line for each eyecolor, including blue. I love how the shadows look with my blue eyes.

You have dramatic colouring, so stick with black eyeliner and black mascara. Eye make up draws attention to those circles, so always use concealer.

I used to have dark circles under my eyes but they got better when I stopped rubbing my eyes.
