The war in Iraq was and is wrong. George W. Bush said it was part of his war on terror, that we were attacked on 911 by terrorist. Yet the independent investigation into 911 being done by some very brave people, have very convincing evidence that 911 was an inside job. I believe lying to congress is a felony, and for that reason he ought to be impeached. Furthermore, if what Stanley Hilton states is true, which he stated that he had evidence that George W. Bush signed the order for 911, then he ought to be indicted his whole cabal with him, taken out of office in handcuffs and tried for treason. George Bush's wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were so they could control the oil spigot in the middle east. It is about money and war profiteering and it is about keeping oil at $70.plus dollars a barrel if they have to pump less to do it. It is about an American empire. It is about the over throw of our constitutional government. But mostly it is TREASON, TREASON AND MORE TREASON.

The war kills innocent people. It costs us $300 MILLION ber day. it makes other countries hate us. It angers muslims and recruits terrorists. It divides our nation more than since the civil war( in USA) Their government is none of our business. It prevents us from warring against the terrorists who threaten us by spending all our money on a fight with a false enemy instead of the real one.
It makes us go broke so we will be vulnerable from real attackers( IRAQ never attacked us) it doe NOT punish terrorists as they are loving this whole thing, It kills the flower of our youth and some of our best citizen soldiars. it will cost many many millions more to care for the wounded survivors who stagger and limp home. It causes inflation here ( yes wars cause inflation) and thus the interest rates must be taken up higher to combat the inflaytion and that hurst potential homeowners so it destroys the american dream, it hurts homeowners by making their VAR loans higher and forcing foreclosure and bankruptcy ( the terrorists love this too). So fighting this assinine war with IRAQ is destroying our country more than 1000 911 attacks.
Osama Bin laden, who instigated the attacks, is laffing his head off to see us attacking IRAQ and then spending billions to rebuild it, when we need infrastructurem schools, hospitals water systems, homes etc etc here at home but cannot afford it because we have wasted all our money on IRAQ. That is what is wrong with fighting this war in IRAQ. In additon it is a sin to kill and we should be ashamed at the way we have behaved to that country that ws under the thumb of a dictator. if we are going to attack anyone with dictators we have about 3 dozen more wars to go. It is stupid and wrong.

Uhm..I'm really Pro War in Iraq, but there are really some bad things about it...
#1. Our soldiers will DIE!
#2. About 70% of my family is in the Military.
#3. Our Soldiers will DIE, and there's no way around it!
There might come the day that this war will be over, and we are the victors, but that will only last a minute or two. After that, our country will be in mourning over the men and women we lost, trying to get that victory.

The three lessons we didn't learn in Vietnam...
1) You can't win a war based on trumped up charges.
2) The United States isn't so good at the "guerilla war" thing.
3) You can't fight another nation's civil war for them.

What you mean that there were no weapons of mass destruction, or the fact that Bin Laden is still alive? Oh then nothing everything is sunny here in your world. Hussein was not the goal that Bush pointed out, so maybe you strong, i mean that in a strong Urkel kind of way, need to remember what your hero said.

If Osama was still there when we invaded, if the WMD really existed, if the US wasn't the one who put Hussein in power to begin with, if the rich didn't buy their children out of going maybe it wouldn't have been wrong.

It was illegal, violated international law, violated the Constitution, violated the UN Charter which we helped write, and had no basis in fact to even begin a war.
Oil and corporate greed are not good reason to get 2,729 military killed! Do you think it is?
