Step by step:
First: sign up for a Yahoo! 360° account at http://360.yahoo.com/
Second: upload a profile picture and configure the Yahoo! Answers settings to active it.
Third: Did you except a third step? Well, there isn't one, that's all, now the picture is replaced with your Yahoo! 360° profile picture!

sign up for yahoo 360 and add a personal photo. Then come back here to yahoo answers and double click your display image and choose which picture do you want 1)none 2)360 & 3)avatar

set your user information to link to a yahoo 360 page and have that picture on your 360 page profile
