The name of the movie is "Snatch," he didn't have a speach impedement just a thick gypsy accent.

Interview with the vampire, it really shows his depth and and shows a time before all those peoples magazine things and all that crap and shows him at his finest in his acting abilities its the only brad pitt movie where i dont picture him as brad pitt but rather his character
