I am writing a sequel to Pride and Prejudice, but need help naming the Darcy's children. Should the son be names Charles, after Mr. Bingley, one of the girls Jane, and the other Anna. (A spinoff of Anne, Mr. Darcy's mother.) I really need help on this one. Are the names the correct time period?

I don't think they'd have named their child after a friend of the family/brother-in-law. Seems to suggest that Darcy may not be the real father! William would be nice, after but not the same as Fitzwilliam. Or I wonder if Bennett would work?
Anna is a good choice. Jane Austen's two major Janes (Bennett and Fairfax) strike me as very similar pseudo-heroines: they're both beautiful, well-mannered and talented but somehow not as interesting as the real heroines of their respective books. So if you mean for Anna to be the real heroine, by all means let the other be Jane. Otherwise, Austen for sure would have approved of Cassandra!
