A time that I would go back to would be the 1960's. Everything then just sounds so crazy and carefree. A memory that I would want to go back to would be a trip I took this year with friends.

I'm a history buff. Personally I would like to have lived in the late 1940's. Granted medical care and the quality of life were a bit lacking but it would be great to live without TV's, cellphones, and the daily stress!

I would go back to the mid 17th century. I would like to experience the beginning of the Renaissance which seems like a very exciting time.
Or I would go back to the mid 16th century to experience life in Wales or Scotland...tough, but fascinating.

Hmmm...I think I would want to go to Britain around the late 1700s - early 1800s. I've always loved Jane Austen novels & would be thrilled to see what life was like during that era in person.

I wouldn't go back to the past. We should be thinking about the future not about what has happened. I don't mind thinking about memories, but going back to see them? eh, sure it would be fun...but would it really be nice?

I would go back to the Frontier Days as you could live off the land and discover new wonders, etc... etc...
