There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

If you are really serious, and you dont want to do anything dangerous I hope, you are going to have to drastically cut your Carbo intake to like a slice of whole wheat bread and a cup of brown rice a day. You are going to have to eat lots of veggies, lean protein, eat the fruits no the juices, perhaps only 8oz of OJ- and no watermelon-too much sugar., you are also going to have to exercise 45-60 minutes 5-6 times a day, nothing too crazy, something like speedwalking or biking, work up a good sweat and do weight training (reps not weight is more important- you want to burn fat not bulk up), twice a week. Water, water water, drink up your new best friend. I wish you good luck, and after your month keep up some of this (exercise 3-4x weekly, and eat more whole grains) then before the next event you will already look good. Good Luck!

I'm guessing that something is coming up next month that you want to lose weight for. However, the best way to effectively lose weight is slowly. If you do "crash dieting" your most likely going to gain it all back.

The best thing I can tell you to do is eat healthy and excercise your butt off!

About 2 pounds a week could be a reasonable goal, keeping in mind that when you get down to your desired sexy weight, you want to be healthy enough to enjoy it. Don't go too fast, don't do fad diets. Remember that quick weight loss is not only unhealthy, but it leaves a lot of empty space that is refilled as quickly as it was emptied. The only way to permant weight loss is to cut back on calories and to exercies to keep in shape. Talk to your doctor first.

You CAN gain muscle and lose fat at the same time and I will show you how. The answer to this question really depends on your goals. For more advanced exercisers or bodybuilders looking to gain large amounts of muscle while losing large amounts of fat, those goals often conflict with one another. Building muscle requires eating more calories than you burn while losing fat requires eating fewer calories than you burn. When losing fat, your muscles aren't getting the fuel they need to grow larger.

Anorexia. But realistically, just cut back on some foods you really don't need/want. 10-15 pounds if best for your body to take time to adjust to the change. Dieting is something not to be rushed or played with.
