Yes. Use antibacterial soap and warm water or toy cleaner to clean it before and after usage. Cleanliness is very important, especially during pregnancy when you're most susceptible to infection. I used a clit stimulator during my pregnancy. It's safe and it pregnancy orgasms are mind-blowing because blood flow in increased to the genital area during pregnancy. Warning: if you're at risk for preterm labor, you should not use vibrating sex toys. It can cause you to start contracting and go into preterm labor.

yes.
1-Keep the toy clean! - clean the sex toy before and after usage. You do not want to get any kind of infections during pregnancy. We suggest using a condom on any sex toy that penetrates you, as well as changing the condom when changing orifices or sharing the toy with a partner.
2-Use plenty of lubricants - use water based lubricants such as astroglide lube. Some women experiences dryness during pregnancy. Lubricants will greatly increase the pleasure for sex toy usage or intercourse.
3-By your third trimester, it is best not to use any sex toys for penetration. You can still get the pleasurable orgasms through clit stimultion and anal sex.

Sex is actually good for pregnant women in the third trimester. It softens the cervix and allows the baby to pass easier. Not too easy ;) but still. Kudos on not having sex with a random stranger while pregnant and for keeping the baby. Go for the toys, girl and have fun!

I asked my doctor about this and she said that late in pregnancy it is not advised because it can jump start contractions and cause early labor. However as long as a pregnancy is normal (non high risk) it should be fine as long as there is no penetration. The no penetration is because it is just a good rule of thumb not to insert ANY foreign object into the vagina because of the risk of infection.

Sure.

You can do pretty much anything you'd do if you WEREN'T pregnant, as long as you don't blow air directly into the vagina.

Also, make sure to keep your toys clean, 'cause you can be more prone to UTIs and vaginal infections during pregnancy.

My wifes gynocologist told us we could have as much sex as we wanted just not in her waiting room. So my guess is yes.
