Having approached several banks - there are some that absolutely do not deal with restaurants, clubs or bars Waypoint Bank gave us a loan but when they were bought out by Sovereign, Sovereign rejected the loan saying that they did not loan to clubs.

PNC, Community, Commerce, Fulton and Home Savings and Loan do not loan to the entertainment/recreation industry. Omega do but there are no Omega banks in the county we are looking at.

I am aware of several nightclubs that have obtained SBA loans for 750,000 plus dollars. If you have experience, a viable business plan, etc; they have coaches and mentors who will guide you throuigh the process. Go to the Small Business Administration to begin the process. Good luck.

There are no specific banks that will give loans to the late night industry because any bank will loan you money as long as you have a solid presentation for the loan and why loaning to you is a good reason, so show that you be able to return the money quickly and with the interest. So the answer is there are no specific banks dedicated to the nightclub or bar industry because any bank will hand out loans for small businesses.
