I have to say Buffy would win. There is a simple answer for this too. Supernatural powers. She has the edge over the others because of this. Plus, Buffy never works alone. And well, I cannot see Gabrielle able to stand a chance against the magical Willow.
So with the friends and supernatural powers on her side, I think Buffy would be able to take the others down. I mean, Buffy went up against a God. But to be fair, Xena did kill her share of Gods.

Lara Croft definitely. Normally I would say it would be a toss up between Lara and Xena, but Lara's got the technology to back her up.

Lara, definately.
Buffy knows like two karate moves, Xena is slow (and lame)
Besides, Lara has got many weapons and gadgets, plus shes fast.
