how do i know which file is a movie?
avi ?

usually thats al lthat comes up...is that the right file ? so i can burn it to a dvd?


i just got bearshare, so please help me

yes... avi means that it is a movie, also mpeg, but that one is usually of lower quality because it was intended to be used with Macs only. A simpler way of knowing is by looking at the thing itself, if it has a windows media player icon, then that means it is either movie or a sound type file. Also you can simply right click on the files and check the box that says "Type" a column should come up and tell you if they are archives, music or movies. Hope it helps

Avi, WMV, DAT, MPG these are the main video file formats in bearshare... Use Nero burning software to convert it to a DVD

Bearshare is always have problems and spywares, and not give you info about a file.

Just download limewire, you can download it from official website:

check the properties for ur file, u will get ur file ext

use nero for making DVDs

check if its avi for movie or mp3 for music or wav for music
