Doesn't everyone know that oral sex is sodomy as defined by most state laws? Do you think that it falls in that category? I don't!!

Oral sex, under the law, is considered sodomy. However, "most states" no longer have or enforce sodomy laws. For those states that do, it's irrelevant whether the couple is hetero or homosexual.

Its some old Biblical law that forbids bumsex (sodomy) - but oral sex is ok in the scriptures as far as I know. Sodomy can be great for avoiding pregnancy and the girl can even remain virgin while having frequent sodoomy

yeah my husband is in the military and if me and him got caught having sex in any other position than missionary he could get kicked out.and locked up. cause the only position the army recognizes is missionary F'ed up huh?
and no oral sex shouldn't be defined as sodomy, I thought that was only bum sex lol

I think those laws have been repealed for consenting adults. What goes on between 2 people is their business.

Oral sex is not sodomy.It is called "cunnilingus" or "fallatio".It eliminates unwanted pregnancies atleast. Law should not enter into our bedrooms.
