My b/f of 6 years lacks ambition, and motivation. I am ready to move on.I want him to move out but he refuses and begs for chance after chance. I am a f/t student, and i have 3 kids, currently laid off and in the process of starting a new good job. I fear changing the locks or calling the police but we want him gone. I have no family or friends who live nearby or willing to let me move in w/ all my kids. I also have my lazy, dead beat father living off of me. I have a nice home and it would be very damaging for me to leave but I just want both of these no good men out of my house and life. Neither of them is getting hints and i have been very verbal about how i feel. What else can i do ?

YOU are the problem! If you really wanted them (your friend and your father) out of your house, they would be out! When YOU wise-up and when YOU have finally had enough, YOU will make a move towards solving YOUR problem!

Call the police and and change the locks when they leave the house and make sure that all of their things are out 2. You cant just be verbal with them, you have to show them that you mean business and action will be taking place if they dont do as you say.

the boyfriend is one thing but at least your "dead beat" father is still living. call the police and have the bf arrested or give him an eviction notice, and stick to it. I'd give ANYTHING if my dad was still alive . he's your dad talk to him, ask him to at least help around the house if he wont get a job .or baby-sit the kids . good luck

Ok.

Call the Police after you have asked him that many times to leave, then its time to toss him out. Its a shame, but, if he is that lazy then he is of no good to you, or the kids. (You dont need a bad role model for the kids, especially when they have no father to begin with).

Your Dad is your own problem there... Its out on the streets or a nursing home..
But, if it isnt hard to toss "him" out, then you must have no love for him at all...(I pray that your mom isnt around, to see this)...

I wish you well...

You need to worry about you and your kids. If they are not getting it then you are going to have to go to the cops because you can't live like that. You have the right to be happy in your home. You pay the bills not tham so make them leave. It sucks but you have to do what you have to do to be happy, even if it means going to the cops.
