Weird true story fell in love at first sight .on leapday at Senior Frogs. Lots of stuff happened after that and I can not get message to him. Saw halo around full moon that night for about 20 min.

A halo around the moon is caused by ice crystals very high in the atmosphere.
Can't tell you anything about "soulmates on leapday" - never heard of any superstition about that.

I've heard of the moon halo love thing, but darlin' don't jump to conclusions about soulmates. Most of the time that is just a lie he says to her to get her to relent. I do believe you fell for that.
the moonhalo is just an idea of good luck and/or good omen since it looks so romancey. I don't understand how that came to be since a halo about the moon screams out it's about to rain or change drastic temperature.
I would think if the weather is about to change to rain and gloominess, that can't be a good luck sign for love. Unless one is talkin' about sojourning through the muck and mire and emerging in a green pasture. Even so, that can be icky.

That halo was caused by moisture between the earch and the moon. The rest is your wishfull thinking casusing desired results--- its called ""self fulfilling prophecy"" ....YOU didnt cause it-- you just looked for it to happen!

as far as i know it has nothing to do with soulmates, i noticed that 9 times out of 10 it happens before a rainfall or when we're expecting a rainstorm
