Hospital bills + what ever you feel like. If you ask for too much they will back off and want you to take them to court.

It depends on who did the poisoning. If it's McDonalds it could be pretty high but if they don't think you have a good case they will just let it go to court.
A small privately owned restraunt probably couldn't offer much and may go bankrupt and never pay if they lose in court.

I'd say doctor's bills and any lost wages would be reasonable.
