It just depends on the person's age. I think M is more for 15-19 year olds and J-14 is for 12-15 year olds.

When I was a teenager I just couldn't live without Glamour magazine. It has a lot of great info.

I like J-14 so I would go with that because it has lots of pinups and good gossip you should also try tiger beat

i think j-14 is better it has alot more stuff..and i have never heard of M
