Dive in for bravery and courage. Plus since he is moving you won't have to be embarassed by anything. You never know, he could like you to. If he's moving far away long distance relationships could work. Good Luck!

Well, depends where he is moving. Why tell him now? If he likes you too, it's just going to stress you both our for waiting too late to admit the feelings. If you keep it to yourself, then it only stresses you out, which you've obviously been doing for so long anyway by never telling him. I'd say just let it go. And just keep it as friends with him.
