EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

LAW ENFORCEMENT:
--I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1976 for driving under the influence of alcohol.

My Texas driving record has been "lost" and is not available.

I was a cheerleader.

PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:
--I ran or U.S. Congress and lost.

--I began my career in the oil business in Midland, Texas, in 1975.
I bought an oil company, but couldn't find any oil in Texas.
The company went bankrupt shortly after I sold all my stock.

--I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal that took land using taxpayer money.

--With the help of my father and our right-wing friends in the oil industry (including Enron CEO Ken Lay), I was elected governor of Texas.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS:
--I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies, making Texas the most polluted state in the Union.
During my tenure, Houston replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America.

--I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of billions in borrowed money.

--I set the record for the most executions by any governor in American history.

--With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President after losing by over 500,000 votes.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT:

--I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the U.S. stock market.

--In my first year in office, over 2 million Americans lost their jobs and that trend continues every month.

--I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in U.S. history. My "poorest millionaire," Condoleeza Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her.

--I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S. President.

--I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder for receiving the most corporate campaign donations.
My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best friends, Kenneth Lay, presided over the largest corporate bankruptcy fraud in U.S. History, Enron.
My political party used Enron private jets and corporate attorneys to assure my success with the U.S. Supreme Court during my election decision.
I have protected my friends at Enron and Halliburton against investigation or prosecution.
More time and money was spent investigating the Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spent investigating one of the biggest corporate rip-offs in history.

--I presided over the biggest energy crisis in U.S. history and refused to intervene when corruption involving the oil industry was revealed.

After taking off the entire month of August, I presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history.
I garnered the most sympathy for the U.S. after the World Trade Center attacks and less than a year later made the U.S. the most hated country in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in world history.

--I have set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously protest me in public venues (15 million people), shattering the record for protest against any person in the history of mankind.

--I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, pre-emptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation. I did so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S. citizens, and the world community.

--I have cut health care benefits for war veterans and support a cut in duty benefits for active duty troops and their families -- in wartime.

--In my State of the Union Address, I lied about our reasons for attacking Iraq, then blamed the lies on our British friends.

You mean the man who asked a blind man why he was wearing sun glasses when it was cloudy out, that president?

Addition: Does it matter the technicality of his blindness? Most people would have either ignored the person wearing sun glasses or would have thought before they opened their mouths and made themselves look like an idiot, again. Just like the president does every time he tried to say something that wasn't prewritten for him.

And for all those who think like me, kudos! I speak my mind, i dislike any politician that is dirty (and that includes most of them) And for those who blindly follow a man who went AWOL because he was too busy drinking and shoving coke up his nose, then its time to take the blinders off.

Vote conscience, not party! Cuz both dems and reps suck!

Anyone who actually engages in and makes use of logic and reasoning can be smarter. Smartness is not just encoded in our DNA - one can be born in a poor 3rd world country and be smarter than a rich ivy school graduate. I guess its' all about how much a person devotes him/herself to a subject or a principle. But from personal experience i'd tell you the smartest people are usually the ones who stay behind the scenes - they are the ones who don't call themself smart or expert or scholarly. Smartness in my opinion equals humbleness. For there will always be someone who can know more than you! I will withold my comments about the president however. It's not worth my time discussing that topic.

George W. Bush will be remembered as the most stupid man to occupy the Oval Office, to date, in America's history. His failed policies, illegal and unconstitutional war in Iraq, corrupt and evil administration, and atrocious avarice contributes to what will certainly be recorded as one of America's darkest eras. Just because you've got an Ivy League education doesn't mean you're smart! Keep an eye on a new blog at www.blogger.com that will explore much of the Bush folly: BUSHWACKER!

Our current president is a moron who got where he is through the "old boy network" and Texas oil cash. Just listen to him talk off the cuff!

Electing the president is a highly political and biased process. For one thing, we rarely have more than two worthy candidates.

There are many other idiots who got far - Santorum and Reagan come to mind.

I don't think its so much that people think they know more than the president...it is that some are so filled with hate that the republicans are in office...they do not care about the war...health care...poverty...immigration...it does not matter what the topic is... if george bush walked on water...rose people from the dead...stopped world hunger....found the cure for cancer...there are some that would hate him anyway...they cannot get over the fact that their party is not in power.

George Bush is the worst president in US history as evidenced by the budget & trade deficits, the ongoing "war" in Iraq that he initiated for no valid reason (enriching his wealthy friends is not a valid reason) and he refuses to perform his only duty, and that duty is to uphold and defend the US Constitution.

He has no duty to protect Americans regardless how many times the GOP tells that lie.

People who are answering here are those who have first hand information in some fields.A computer expert answers better than a president if it is a computer related question.Nurses can answer better if the Q is related to health. And so on.President is not an expert in all ields.

Actually, I don't think I know more than the President. With the information resources available to him, it would be nearly impossible for me to know more about the current state of world affairs than he does, unless he's being willfully ignorant.

I do, however, think I can apply my knowledge in much more effective ways than the President. He consistently makes poor decisions, in spite of his wealth of information.
