That is an ignorant question. Obviously it depends where you are, 61% of prison inmates are minorities (that means black, hispanic, asian, indian, and everything else combined). 39% are white (that is the total of all US prisons combined). White people commit more crimes everyday simply because there are more white people in the US, minorities just get caught when they do it OR they get blamed when a white does it. This country is racist!

Where are the facts to back up your figure?
Whites are as much criminals as Mexicans and blacks, however, minority are more likely to be give harsher sentences for the SAME or LESSER crimes than whites.
Because of inequality in the Judaical system, the jail population is skewed.
