Okay. You're B.K., and you have the 13th pick in this year's draft. There are several things you can and SHOULD do to improve the Sixers for the future. Who would you draft out of the players that will realistically be available at that spot? Would you trade A.I. to get another pick? Would you package A.I. and the 13th pick to move up in the draft? Would you trade A.I. (package or no) to get another player already established? Or, what else would you do? What are your opinions, Sixers fans? Here's your chance to be GM Billy King. And also, what do you think they WILL do (given their poor player-transaction history)?

I wouldn't trade Iverson to move up in this draft b/c reportedly, this is a weak draft. Still, I would try to trade Iverson. Maybe a team that needs a little extra boost to be a contender has a few young players that they are willing to part with. Maybe consider working something out with Minnesota where you get draft picks and/or young players and expiring contracts. Iverson and KG keep Minny in win-now mode, and the cap space Philly would gain would allow them to begin the rebuilding process.

For my opinion i think Billy King should not trade Allen Iverson, because without Allen Iverson; the team wouldn't be going to playoffs. So I think they should draft Shelden Williams to back up Webber or draft Randy Foye to move Allen Iverson off the point and place Iguodala at the Forward position. If Both Foye and Williams have been picked, i think they draft Rodney Carney and place him at the 2 or 3 position. Then after, they should sign a player whose had alot of playoff experience and had also played with a team(s) for a long time. So below is what the roster would be for the sixers for 06-07

C-Delembert(S)Hunter(B)
F-Webber(S)(?)S.Williams(B)Randolph(B)
F-Iguodala(S)(?)(Carney)(B)Salmons
G-Iverson(S)Korver(B)
G-Veteran(S)(?)Foye(B)L.Williams

(S)-Start
(B)-Backup
(?)-If drafted or signed

No, I wouldn't trade AI if I were Billy King. Iverson has done so much for the 76ers organization and he has maintained that he wants to retire a 76er. He may be 31 years old now, but he still has a lot of game left in him. Instead of trading him, they need to draft a center and through free agency get some more shooters to ease the scoring burden of Iverson and Webber.

I would not trade Allen Iverson. Plus they are not because I know Billy King. He said thet they are going to trade Kyle Korver for a defensive player Bruce Bowen and they are going to trade Chris Webber and John SAlmons for Kevin Garnett and a future 1st round draft pick. They are just waiting for the trades to open up. I know Billy KIng.

It would probably be in the best interest for A.I. A fresh start with a contender could revitalize his career. As far as playin GM, I would have to seriously consider the move as it is obvious that A.I. would be a serious attraction to other GM's in the league.

I wouldn't trade AI. I would trade Webber though if I could find someone who wants him. And if I were to trade Webber, it wouldn't be for scattered role players, it would be for one good productive player. Perhaps, given the weakness of the draft, I might trade Webber and my first round draft pick for a better player if all that were possible.

What WILL they do? I think they'll keep their pick, keep AI and try and win with what they got unless I REALLY good deal comes up for AI.

No way man. Sure, there's always locker room controversy, but look what happened to Philly after they traded TO. Allen Iverson is one of the best scorers of all time.

A.I. is an idiot.

Yes, send him packing to another team, it can only help the Sixers.

I wouldn't trade A.I. because he is still a clutch player.
