I speak from experience when I say that when women find things like that, the FIRST thing we think is that you're cheating on us. I don't know if you are or if you aren't or if you even want to. But I do know this....you need to decide really quick if it's worth getting flirty emails from this woman if it makes your wife furious and suspicioius. Because when trust is broken...it's damn near impossible to get back. If these emails were harmless, then you should tell the woman to stop. If the emails weren't so innocent...you need to severe all ties with this woman and save your relationship before it falls apart. Flirty emails just fan the fire.

If you're not interested in the woman, you should tell her to stop flirting with you...on the emails and at work. If she does it at work, then she must like the response she gets from you. Are you sure you don't flirt back? You're wife trusts you so don't make her regret it. What's more important? You're co-worker's feelings or your wife's?

If it is the relationship that you want to maintain with your wife, then DISCUSS it. Come up with a solution that you both like.
I like the idea of YOU writing a nice answer for the both of you. Remember, you are writing to someone that you know, and you want to maintain a good relationship with people that you know and have to deal with. There is no need to be hostile, because you really can't tell what their intent was by e-mail. People say the darnest things that they do not mean.
It's nice to know that you like my wife's appearance, that's why I married her. We take pride in sharing our togetherness with our friends, co-workers and associates. But we also share everything with each other. A part of our relationship is to share everything that we have, that we know and what we feel. We do things together, and this is the cement that will hold us to our promise "Till Death do us part".
Thank you for your note.

I believe jealousy is the last thing that will keep a marriage or a relationship. Maybe if you lightened a little bit at the rules in your relationship it would be less problem and less risk for breaking the relationship. But that's just a hypothesis.
Edit: Ok sorry, the mails was for you ... then maybe just explain to her...

Knock off the side action. Tell the co worker you take your marriage vows seriously. Promise your wife it won't happen again and mean it.

You should talk with her. Are you flirting back, is there an attraction to this woman, are you on the brink of doing something you shouldn't be. these are the things she wants to know and wants to hear the truth on.

Are you flirting with these girls at work or they just assuming you will? Do they know you are married? let them know that your wife saw them and you do not appreciate this kind of behaviour.
